Soundwave (Level 4)

The kaoticon version of the silent and emotionless, yet tactical Soundwave from the transformer franchise, with a power level of 730 billion and is one of Megatron's second-in-command, alongside shockwave, Starscream, and a former commander, who I will be drawing next.
